Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Air Duct Cleaning Before & After in Austin, TX
We could tell you our Rotobrush and Nikro equipment does a better job than a truck-mounted shop-vac. But photos of an Austin return vent before and after cleaning tell that story in about three seconds. We document every job with before-and-after photos because you should see exactly what was living in your ducts before a single dollar changes hands.

Pflugerville Return Vent: Construction Dust Removal
Before
After
Before
AfterThe homeowner had just finished a kitchen remodel and every register in the house was blowing drywall dust. We ran the Rotobrush through all supply and return runs, then attached the Nikro HEPA extraction unit to pull loosened debris out under negative pressure. That means the dust went into the vacuum, not back into the living room. Result: registers that had been gray for three weeks were clean metal again, and the homeowner stopped wiping dust off the counters every morning.
Round Rock Dryer Vent: Lint Blockage Cleared
Before
After
We pulled a lint wad the size of a throw pillow out of this Round Rock dryer vent. The exhaust hood outside was completely packed, which is why every load took two cycles to dry. Our tech cleared the full run from dryer to exterior vent, then verified airflow at the hood with a meter. Dry times dropped back to normal, and more importantly, the fire hazard is gone. A blocked dryer vent is the leading cause of dryer fires, and this one was a month away from being a statistic.
Mueller Supply Plenum: Cedar Pollen Season Aftermath

Cedar season in Austin is brutal, and this Mueller townhome’s supply plenum looked like it had been painted yellow. The homeowner’s allergies were unbearable indoors even with the HVAC fan running constantly. We cleaned every supply branch, replaced the furnace filter with an Aprilaire media filter, and the pollen count dropped. That same week the homeowner reported sleeping through the night for the first time in months. When cedar fever hits Austin every January, the indoor air should be better than outside. That’s the whole point of having filtered, conditioned air.
South Congress Return Duct: Pet Hair and Dander Mat

Three dogs and two cats had turned this South Congress return duct into a fur carpet. We did a full service on the system: brushed every return run with the Rotobrush, extracted with the Nikro HEPA unit, and set up an Abatement Technologies containment barrier so no debris escaped into the home during the job. Afterward, airflow at the return was up and the HVAC system wasn’t working as hard to pull air. The homeowner’s heating bill dropped the following month. Clean ducts are quieter and more efficient, in addition to being less smelly.
Buda Home with Twenty-Year-Old Ducts: Full System Clean

This Buda home had original ducts from the mid-2000s that had never been cleaned. We found everything from construction debris to a desiccated lizard. That’s not a joke. We cleaned the full system with the Rotobrush and Nikro extraction, photo-documented every run, and the homeowner paid one flat price agreed before we started. He kept the before photos. His kids thought the “duct lizard” was the coolest thing they’d ever seen. The system has run noticeably better ever since.
Cedar Park Furnace Blower: Dust-Caked Blower Wheel

The blower wheel in this Cedar Park furnace had so much caked-on dust that the fan was off-balance and vibrating through the floor. We pulled the blower assembly, cleaned the wheel and housing, and reinstalled it. The vibration stopped, and the system moved more air throughout the house. A dusty blower wheel is like running a car engine with a clogged air filter: it’s working harder than it should, and it will shorten the life of the fan motor. The fix is simple but most HVAC companies don’t include it in a standard tune-up.
